Absolutely! After staying at one of our The Gold Nests vacation rentals, we would love to compensate you for a guest self-referral.

Can I get paid for a referral anywhere in the US?

While we welcome referrals of homes in any area, this offer is not available for referrals of homes located in AL, AZ, AR, CT, DE, DC, HI, IA, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, VA, WV, WI, WY or any other location or circumstance where a real estate license is required to provide property management for the referred home.

How long will it take for me to receive my referral bonus?

Qualifying, negotiating, onboarding, and launching a new homeowner is a multi-month process. With that in mind, you can expect to receive your referral within 30 days after the new home is launched and live on thegoldnests.com
